Cancelling a Sportsbet
Bets may only be cancelled if: - Betting by Telephone with Telebet: Fixed Odds bets may only be cancelled in the event of an error, and provided the cancellation is completed within 2 minutes of the time of placing the bet, and prior to the close of betting.
- Betting in a TAB Retail outlet: Fixed odds tickets may only be cancelled in the event of an error, and provided the cancellation is completed within two minutes of the time of issue, and prior to the close of betting.
TAB staff will accommodate genuine errors in these circumstances, but will not tolerate repeated occurrences by a customer. Bets placed over the Internet cannot be cancelled..
